Prompt removal is critical on commercial properties! Our crews will return after the holiday season is over and remove all lighting and decorations. We safely and carefully pack all products to ensure extended life and prevent accidental damage.

We safely and carefully pack all products ourselves — this ensures extended life and helps prevent accidental damage. And, with Mosca Design, you can trust they’ll be ready to come out again whenever you need them next, performing as well as they did when you first bought them from us!

Our Storage Process for Your Holiday Lights, Christmas Trees, Wreaths & More
A Mosca Design team member will visit your site after the holiday or event is over and disassemble your decor in a timely fashion. During that time, we’ll take the proper precautions to ensure your lights, Christmas trees or wreaths are safe and secure.
Safe storage of your Christmas lights and decorations is found in our storage facility. Once all items have been removed and placed in boxes we take them to Mosca Design for safe keeping over the next 12 months — we can even refurbish them for you, if need be!

Customer Return Policy
Most products sold by Mosca Design, Inc. are custom products or “built to order.”
All displays, trees, wreathes, garland and banners are not on a shelf and are built for each customer. Therefore, there is a 30% restocking fee on most returned products. Freight from our facility and back to our facility is also the responsibility of the customer. Damaged lights or light sets should be reported to Mosca Design within one week and will be replaced. Product damaged in transit should be reported to Mosca Design, as well as the freight company.
All returns will need a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER before shipping the product back to Mosca Design.
